The work it’s submitted as a reflection on the formation of educators and the priorities that are presented, at a national and international level, in the field of promoting health and quality of life. In the same way issues related to promoting health are approached, and also the theoretical support that justifies the proposals. In addition, the main results in educational experiences, carried out with “I.P.M. José Manuel Siso Martinez” Integral Education students, located in La Urbina (Caracas, Venezuela), are described, with the straight intervention of 19 institutes of Miranda State, during the year 2009-2010. To sustain the proposition that university education must establish healthy lifestyles.
