Arises from the experience of teachers Music Education of Teaching Institute Miranda José Manuel Siso Martínez (IPMJMSM) in relation to TIC in terms of teaching skills for managing component courses Training specializing in that specialty. Feasible project that consisted of the research, development and developing a workable business model to solve the problem diagnosed, the requirements and needs of the selected social group(UPEL,2006). For the needs model was used to Müller (2003): determined needs, analysis of results and proposal of solutions. This involved the completion of a questionnaire and observations by the researcher to determine the training needs of teachers in TIC. The results regarding the needs of teacher training in TIC are those relating to learning and appropriate use of tools such as word processing, Internet, software for music transcription, editing web, multimedia and software education.
