The  low  sensitivity  to  environmental  problems  observed  among  6th graders section B of the Bolivarian National Basic School “Jesus Gonzalez Cabrera”  motivated  the  design  of  an  educational  innovation  in  order  to promote  environmental  values  through  the  Information  Technology  and Communication  Technologies  (ICT).  Research  supported  by  the  socio-critical paradigm of action research approach and community involvement. The  promotion  of  sustainable  environmental  culture,  develop  skills  and attitudes  allowed  for  better  living  and  environmental  protection.  The environmental skills training constituted a necessary condition for attitude change, in order to assist in the consolidation of a citizen committed to improving the local environment, national and global.
