The aim was the analysis of the university management and his impact in the social responsibility of the University Simon Bolivar (USB) sedates Littoral. It is based on the theoretical propositions of the social responsibility of  the  universities,  inside  his  regulative  frame,  the  social  justice  and  the solidarity. Methodologically is based on a design of documentary type by an analytical - descriptive level. Since basic conclusion has that the USB intends in  his  three  fundamental  props:  formation,  investigation  and  extension, a  management  that  there  characterizes  the  process  of  social  integration university student placed in the development of a complete individual. This, in spite of the fact that still it is reconstructed, after been credit devastated during fades in the year 1999. Actions come together partner productive to take again and to strengthen a socially responsible management, achieving intersections that allow a holistic comprehension of role of the university with his environment.
