Study was based on analyzed the technical changes in body exercises in Hands free mode of rhythmic gymnastics in different rating codes from 1993 to 2005. It is surrounded by a documentary research. The analysis categories were: general, execution, requirements and level of difficulty . The findings  show that there have been significant changes in  the requirements in Hands free between an Olympic cycle and the other, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Currently, gymnasts perform combined difficulties ; the most frequent are the body jumps with turns and changes of legs. It was found that the richest group of body is the jumps, because they have over 149 different jumps, which most of the gymnasts are able to execute.
