Referring to College Teacher Training, Pedagogical Teaching Styles and Knowledge Management, it is possible to report that these have gradually acquired increasing presence and interaction in education. These terms largely orient and direct teaching in interaction with other actors of the instructional fact, with the intention of developing such work effectively. This is a documentary research based on written sources selected by the author considering epistemological affinity criteria. Its purposes are: a) Conduct a comprehensive review related to definition, emergence, purpose, development and importance of Knowledge Management,Pedagogical Teaching Styles and Teacher Training in the process of teaching - learning; b) identify similarities and differences between the considered constructs; c) establish possible interactions between them, and d) express some reflections on his influence and development opportunities within the educational field.
