The advances in Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) have changed considerably to society. The Pedagogical Institute of Caracas, belonging to the UPEL, no exception to this concern was so imperative to create a commission to address technological literacy in the institution. To this end, was considered to operate through a feasible project with duration of two years, assuming the following methodology: a) documentary research on technological literacy, b) needs assessment, c) design training strategies, d) implementation and monitoring, and e) assessment results. As main achievement include the following: care nineteen ninety three twenty participants training and technological literacy.
