Resumo

The purpose of the research was to determine the relevance of a virtual space for the training of teachers of “Father Mendoza” National Unity in Education for diversity. It was framed in the qualitative paradigm, field research, and action research. It was carried out in 4 phases. In the first, the training needs are diagnosed through a questionnaire. Innovative proposal was designed in the second. The proposal was implemented in the third, and the fourth, its implementation was evaluated. It was evident that this space was an innovative tool to form and update teachers with the goal of providing care framed in diversity education. The recommendations were directed to continue implementing this space and promote the participation of teachers and other educational institutions.
