This investigation has as fundamental purpose determining the effectiveness that have the application of a didactic game as a pedagogical strategy into the teaching process and learning of stoichiometry (in relation with theoretical and practice aspects-resolution of exercises-of this topic), in students of third year of general secondary education. The investigation was published during four academic periods (2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014) with a total of 235 students under a quasiexperimental modality. The results shows an acceptation of 88, 9%. The content analysis made to the consideration from the students towards the game, shows that the pedagogical strategy have a motivational impact in them, generating a significant learning and breaks the routine schemes into the classroom for teaching stoichiometry.
