The Specialization in educational processes for basic Level (SEPBL, or EPDNB in Spanish) is created from the implementation of the Pilot Project for Innovative Specializations (PROPEI) in order to contribute to the pedagogical training of teachers practicing in Venezuelan primary education. The study aimed to perform a systematic process of research output generated in the EPDNB. It is a documentary research with a descriptive level. The units of analysis are constituted by the 39 degree thesis in EPDNB generated during the five years 2009-2013 located in the CENDIE of UPEL-IPC. The procedure was divided into four phases: (a) document ID; (b) extracting information; (c) categorization of information, and (d) interpretation of the study. Relevant and innovative research productivity generated in the EPDNB character is revealed. Dissemination and sharing of these research products are recommended.
