The Museo de Ciencias action has shifted its museum, centralizing knowledge of its concepts and content in areas such as biodiversity and the impact of society on the environment. In this sense, the guide halls are the mediators between the contents present at exhibitions and public visiting the museum, facilitating their understanding. The purpose is to present a program for the training of guide hall with interpretative approach. The study is part of the mode of feasible project, based on a descriptive, documentary and field research. It was conducted in four phases: I. Determination of the current profile of the guide to living and characterization of the elements in the training that currently exists; II. Characterization of the guide hall under an interpretive approach; III. Preparation of training program and IV. Validation of the program.
