Summarizes part of the findings of an investigation orientated to establishing the relation that exists between Infant toddler teacher training and educational quality. The investigation developed in a sample of educational establishments of Concepción province that provide attention to children less than three years. The data was recollected using two instruments, the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS R) that measures the quality in classrooms who attend children from birth to 30 months of age and a questionnaire, which was applied to the Infant toddler teacher. The analyze shows differences in the Iters R score between Infant toddler teacher who had special training in education of children from zero to three and teachers who dont have this specialization. Also differences were observed in the ITERS R scores between teachers who had more time to plan his work.
