This investigation aims to develop a proposal of Mathematics I program with a mixed orientation from the Curriculum of Business Administration and Accounting UCV-EAC (Central University of Venezuela-Business Administration and Accounting School). This is a feasible project supported by previous investigations. We compared Mathematics I program with similar programs from 13 other universities nationwide. We also evaluated the relevance of Mathematics I contents with all the courses. As a result of the investigation we found that “Mathematics I” need to be renovated to suit today’s society education, planning orientation to configure a program incorporating “The Information and Communication Technology” (ICT) as an integrating axis, achieving a starting point for a process of the program of quantitative area of the school complete renovation.
