The WHO-PAHO, the FAO, the UNESCO, recommend implementing interventions feeding, nutrition education and information to reduce the prevalence of malnutrition and non communicable diseases. Situations that required us to undertake a process of specialists agreed on updating and adaptation of the contents in food and nutrition for the primary level. Methodological approach was assumed as the Delphi Method. 3 successive rounds between 2014-2015 were conducted with the participation of 18 experts: INN, CANIA, Bengoa Foundation, Foundation 5 A Day and UPEL, which from an array of content with descriptive evidence base scale and complexity pedagogical They reached a consensus statistically reliable. The results reported five major topics and 30 subtopics with different levels of complexity from 1st to 6th grade of primary education and a set of suggestions and recommendations, both educational level and in the context Family-School-Community.
