The topic developed leaves on the Doctoral on the educational performance in the area of the physical education for the modality of special education based on the principles of the diversity and justness for an educational administration quality. The categories involved in the study were the interior language, educational formation, the conscience and the corporal expression, explored base in the qualitative focus, by means of a field study. Which was managed to structure a model that supplements the formation of that educational one. To obtain the required information, besides the bibliographical analysis. It was used like half the interview completely structured semi and open, the results were analyzed by means of the content analysis. The investigation allowed to identify the consistency grades between the theory and the contributions of the clue informants; lauding deficiencies in the normative conscience, the little precision on the theoretical elements about the diversity and the justness in education physical, give little importance to the practice of the inclusion, not also in the strategies of the interior language and the conscience that are being used to tune the bases that sustain the presentation of an interpretive theoretical model for the educational performance in physical education for the modality of special education based in the principles of the diversity and justness. The model to present has its sustenance in bases fenomenoloycal and Hermeneutics.
