FERNANDEZ DE C, María E; MEZA CHAVEZ, Mildred. C y MAGRO RAMIREZ, Marcela. APPROACHING ON THE JOB TEACHERS TRAINING. Paradígma [online]. 2005, vol.26, n.2, pp.141-162. ISSN 1011-2251.
This work is meant to share with trainers trainers, teachers and those interested in the subject, the results of theoretic and antecedent analysis and empirical confrontation of a group of elementary school teachers and Venezuelan university researchers engaged to the project The University Goes to School (LUVE). It is founded on the Argyris and Schöns Theory of Action (1978, 1989), on the action reflection concept (Schön, 1992, 1998; Van Manen, 1991) and on the experience of school actors and universities researchers. The Permanent Workshop, as on the job teachers training strategy, allowed the construction, application and evaluation of a Social Technology of Mediation (TSM). As a conclusion, the Permanent Workshop promotes training as a process of shared reflection on practice and orientates a teacher as a researcher of his own action.
