Resumen

This article presents a study about the relationship climate to the living together and the learning in classroom. It was reveal the perceptions of the teacher and students about the relationship that they establish into a classroom. The basis onto-epistemology was located in an interpretative perspective, phenomenological and humanism; the methodology was ethnographic. The stage was a classroom of eight grade of the basic education. The informers were: the teacher and six students. As data regarding techniques were employed the participant observation, the group interview and the analysis of contain. For the analysis and the interpretation of the information was applied the codifications and the formation of the conceptual categories, the discovery and validation of the associations among the phenomenon, the logical constructions comparing and the postulates that emerge from the phenomenon. The results found are interpreted that the relationship climate is not adequate, neither to the living together nor the learning of the students, and that the teacher express not be able to and no capacity to manager to the climate referred to.
