The interest of this study is to establish a differentiation of the conceptual elements of the process of the Counseling and how has inference in the Venezuelan counseling. In lapsing of the time, Counseling has had different connotations with the focuses and points of view of authorities in this field. The type of research used was of character historiography. The Historiography according to Galindo (1998), it is the study of the technical and social process in the way in that, in writing form, the past is reconstructed. Yes, certainly, the historiography only investigates on the way in that one makes history in the society, the history like science.  The study historiography reconstructs talkative processes in a historical way - social. Through the analysis historiografic carried out, it concludes that Counseling in Venezuela has had different adjectival uses, beginning with the conception of diagnosis, help, until the integral conception
