GONZALEZ CAMPOS, José Alejandro; PONCE GRENET, Paula Sofía y MORENO REYES, Nicolás Alberto. A stochastic model of the dynamics of the preconceptions of science and technology in the classroom: a proposal. Paradígma [online]. 2011, vol.32, n.1, pp.89-102. ISSN 1011-2251.
This work comes as a need to begin to raise awareness among future scientific communities, governments and legislators, of the importance for Chile the valuation of science and technology in the countrys development. Recognizing that the challenge is long term and much difficulty, for this reason the research was limited, in a first phase, to study the preconception dynamics of the science and technology policy within the classroom thus generate a model that captures the dynamics of the interactions or incidents between individual preconceptions, promoting a visualization methodology that allows capture similarities, differences and regular patterns, and later, based on this results, design a intervention methodology , that allows future generations consolidate a clear concept of science and technology, and the great challenges that are incumbent. Recognizing science and technology as one fundamental pillars in the countrys development and its direct links with the teaching and learning process, we present this methodology which is based on graph theory and the stochastic Poisson model.
