This research treats on an experience pilot of inclusion of virtual content inclusion in the presence education on a graduation course of a public university. The main objective was to insert virtually work contents considered most difficult to learn for the students. The construction of the material was performed by teachers of Anatomy, considered the needs of students of Sport Course. The material is constituted of texts in Word, photos of anatomical parts, contents in Power Point, debates and activities on line by means of virtual discussion groups. The Moodle platform was chosen because it is easy to access and use by students. The results of this research allow us to conclude that the use of technological innovations can contribute to an improved quality of Anatomy´s learning. Changes are observed in the classroom. Teachers need to surpass the resistance to traditional education and ensure a participative education, in which students act as constructors of their own knowledge and their own learning.
