This work aims to highlight and reflect on the importance of Ludwik Fleck's epistemology in the initial training of Chemistry teachers, contributing in the formation process of future teachers and improving their performance in the classroom. The bibliographic study contributed to understanding Fleck's epistemology, reflections being made about the influence of his theory for supervised training in the subject of chemistry, which is a time for dialogue and discussions between future teachers who have common thinking styles and the throughout the work allow the formation of the collective. Thus, we can see the initial training in Chemistry, the epistemological reflections begin to expand and transform the thinking style contributing to the enrichment of teaching practice and building reflections, collective and collaborative discussions on relevant issues for the chemistry teaching, educational-methodological, epistemological and socio-historical-cultural point of view.
