Start a philosophical discourse on organizational culture Educational Venezuelan, it is deep into a topic involved in a context of change and mandatory changes of the new millennium, where the human, social, cultural, economic and education are connected in the same reality, understood from the holistic and whose historical debate has been both divergent and opposing positions, approaches conciliators as white. In this sense, it has started a movement on the epistemological foundations necessary to investigate the generation and construction of a theory of organizational cultural reality. From this position, the present study will be documentary - in the form of bibliographic essay. Phenomenological evidence will be analyzed from hermeneutics, from the perspective of Gadamer making debate that will set up an educational understanding of organizational culture.
