Life sciences, to take scientific knowledge in its linearity, bring the effect of reducing the human condition to mechanical and biological field. This array of knowledge fosters a process of training of health professionals which makes an integral practice, which should be able to view health in a broad way, as advocated in the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System, current health policy in Brazil. In this context, it is urgent to formulate reunificadoras strategies, able to build a magnified look for training in health, in which the realization of a respectful dialogue between scientific culture and humanistic culture in the context of acting in health possible. This study, characterized as a qualitative research approach, built from the dialogue between the research of the authors, aims to reflect on the health training process in the context of modern society, from dialogue with the Complexity Sciences. In the scenario of the new science, a complex training in health implies a mixed learning, which requires that professionals build multidimensional perceptions religuem physys, nature and man, being able to exercise a sensitive listening, a closer look at what is different and care with each other which is nothing more than its length and its double in the human collective.
