The text deals with a project of Final Paper for the Course that aims to analyze the inclusion process of a student with cerebral palsy in a Bachelor course in Biological Sciences, in Vitória da Conquista/BA, from the understanding of teachers and the student, taking into account the pedagogical and methodological characteristics of the course. A ride through the literature enables to notice that there are few studies on the inclusion of people with special educational needs in higher education, although there is the record of the entrance of an increasing number of disabled students in that educational level. For the proposed research, inclusion is not only related to the student's presence in the classroom, but to feeling well and accepted into the school environment, where the teaching staff should work to adapt the knowledge to the student and not the student to the knowledge. The qualitative study will use semi-structured interviews to obtain information from the participant subjects (teachers, the student and a specialized technician). Data analysis will be developed under the epistemological perspective by Ludwik Fleck (1935), based on the concepts of thinking collective and thinking style.
