This study interprets the communicative situation of the visit as a symbolic practice where affects, goods and services are exchanged. For this purpose, we analyze the visit from qualitative point of view. The visit is a temporary conjunction ritual, which is preceded by the movement of the visitor towards the space of the visited. The visit is a text which is limited by the initial salutation and the farewell, representing the symbolic umbrages of the same. It is a renewal of the continuity of affection, or of the membership in the laic or religious community.
