The individual interacts in society and it develops demonstrating its ample creativity in relation to the means that surround it. In this sense, the vocabulary and the pronunciación constitute elements indispensable for our study. The objective of this investigation is to describe, through a perceptivo study, the speech of the inhabitants of the city of Guanare, Portuguese State. Corpus of the work was constituted by 15 native informants of the city of Guanare, both sexes and ages between 35 and 55 years. The samples used for this investigation were recordings located in different radio transmitters from the City of Guanare. For the fonológico analysis Modelo Natural Polisistémico was taken from Professor Godsuno Chela-Flores (1994:19) which allows to analyze the linguistic complexity in its diverse facets. The made perceptivo analysis to these samples allowed to make reference to the accomplishments of the phonemes /s/, /r/, /l/, /d/ and /k/ post On guard nuclear, confirming the polisistémica theory of Chela-Flower of minimum consonants in this position. According to the perceptivos criteria of the east speech type of study reflected a process from the descendent perspective (top-down), where the expert reacts on the basis of the knowledge of the language.
