Departing from the analysis of the Venezuelan 1998 accomplished national, regional and local elections and the relegitimadoras elections of the public powers hold in the 2000, it can be confirmed that the majority of the tendencies outlined from previous electoral processes, have mostly became electoral political behavior patterns and also have shown the emergency of new tendencies. In this article, we will draw some features that help to define and build general trends to take account of the Venezuelan political and electoral attitude changes within the above described framework.
