The objective of the article is to present a revision of the legal resources in our country, which would serve as a bridge to evaluate the consequences of the climatic change; particularly the Venezuelan population health. This revision would allow to go through to a process of the territory arrangement and the possible actions of adaptation when face with this phenomenon. To develop this work, the climatic change definition is contextualized and the international and national main studies regarding the phenomenon consequences are reviewed. Then, seven laws that facilitate the understanding and execution of the study of the climatic change are presented as a basis that impels a process of arrangement when taking actions to guarantee the population quality of life.
