The implementation of educational projects has shown that the management processes in Venezuelan schools are more significant, when it is possible to join up all actors in a process supported on diverse conceptual and methodological tools to stimulate communication and participation. This article presents a literature review of five experiences that enable school to rethink management from a transformative and critical perspective. The expertise demonstrated the importance of carrying out projects that integrate both the organization and the processes of teaching and learning; in like manner, this integration contributes to enhance autonomy, selfmanagement and a greater liaison with the environment.
