Within the framework of the new information and communication technologies (ICT) in the high school, this study is performed to evaluate the impact of these new technologies on the academic performance of students. The study was conducted through a correlation algorithm and a computer program to analyze and evaluate the relationship between variables using these tools and the performance obtained in each of the academic competences. The methodological contribution of this study is performed by a quantitative analysis using the method and mathematical algorithm of statistical linear correlation by means of an informatic cluster.
