Now at days, when human being’s crisis is on top, education needs changes that allow the student to be aware about taking care of himself, nature and his coexistence on the planet. The purpose of this study is to consider the issue of sensitivity, affection and consideration of teacher training for the establishment of an ethical and aesthetic person. Methodologically, critical hermeneutics was used as a method to explain the characteristics of the educational model followed in modernity. The results showed that modern rationality controls, mechanizes and homogenizes multiple ways of thinking in order to achieve a useful purpose, which makes necessary a break with the instituted and try for new possibilities to get a transformation of the given. In conclusion, teacher training as an occurrence into love may give a new meaning to the educational, through an open dialogue and otherness, in order to promote the transdisciplinary socio-construction from the daily living.
