Abstract: It is described a case of a ten (10/12) months old femenine infant, white skin with no Asiatic origins, who presented high fever for two weeks accompanied of congestive conjunctives, erythema of lips, mouth and throat, diarrhoea without mucus or blood, edema and erythema of palms, plants and chest, subsequent desquamation and lymphadenopathy
