ABSTRACT      This is a reflection from the external vertex, which could be understood as the people category, in an ideological, political, social, cultural and historic sense. It is more than an intellectual, elite, class or left or right wing messianic vanguard-ism, it is each one of us who at some moment or in some manner call ourselves the people, and find ourselves confronted in the present or future with the destiny of social reality. In a very different manner from colonial times, we can interpret now, from the trans-disciplinary science of social sciences, or from the post-modern vision, the de-construction of peoples, and the liberation of repressive contents through liberating actions. We must become aware of the new dimension that protagonism is creating in what is Latin American politics.
