Resumen

LEANDRO DOS SANTOS, Marcelo. Emmanuel Levinas and the Intelligibility of Experimentation. Utopìa y Praxis Latinoamericana [online]. 2006, vol.11, n.34, pp.105-113. ISSN 1315-5216.

In this article, an exposition is made of certain aspects of the thought of Emmanuel Levinas as to philosophy and experimentation. The term experimentation is presented as a circumstance, which is often not taken into account in classical philosophical development. Experimentation comes to light, then, as a neglected point in classical thought. The theme to be treated therefore is the fragility to which human communication (the course of logos) is exposed. Without this consideration, this fragility can become an obstacle for the pronunciation of speech.

Palabras clave : Levinas; experimentation; alterity; speech.
