Abstract

VILLALOBOS ANTUNEZ, José Vicente. The Concept of Political Space as an Ethical Juridic Paradigm in the New Venezuelan Constitution. Frónesis [online]. 2003, vol.10, n.2, pp.73-89. ISSN 1315-6268.

This paper touches on the ethical-judicial concept of political space as a fundamental element in human activity, and considered as a priori, contrary to the post-modern thesis of the State. It then considers the concept of geographic space touched on in the 1999 Constitution, together with the ethical concept of the recognition of rights of indigenous inhabitants and their forms of organization, which is not necessarily contrary to the political project established in the Constitution.

Keywords : Geographic space; fundamental rights; legal paradigmas; Venezuelan Constitution; legal rights ethics.
