This research proposes the analysis of the consequences of the constitutional principle of religious freedom, and the obligatory relationsof cooperation between public powers and different religious groups. In other words, effectiveness in reference to religious programming referred to in the constitution as religious freedom and freedom of worship, and the obligatory relations of cooperation between public powers and the many and diverse religios confessions which are referred to in religious programming
