GELVIS LEAL, Obando; USECHE AGUIRRE, María C and QUEIPO PARRA, Beatriz. Democratic Education, Epicenter for Endogenous Development. Frónesis [online]. 2007, vol.14, n.3, pp.11-26. ISSN 1315-6268.

Conclusions were that according to the guidelines of democratic humanism, the human being and the educational state are the central actors in the educational process for productive work, based on taking advantage of the potentialities of the medium in which they develop to produce goods and services in favor of organized majorities in local societies.
