Abstract

SUAREZ LITVIN, Roldan Tomasz. The Sense of Educational Project in Interpretive Systemology (II). Frónesis [online]. 2009, vol.16, n.1, pp.90-108. ISSN 1315-6268.

This article presents the path of inquiry that led interpretive systemology to confront -and to conceptualize in a certain way- the problem of the crisis of meaning that affects our present culture. It shows that two phases can be distinguished in this path of inquiry: a first phase, devoted to understanding the theoretical assumptions that underlie the notion of "holistic sense," and a second phase, devoted to understanding the cultural conditions that act as a basis for the presence (or absence) of enthusiasm for the holistic sense in everyday life. The educational project emerges as the outcome of this long path of inquiry.

Keywords : Education; interpretive systemology; holistic sense; systems thinking.
