Abstract
REVILLA MADRID, Ingrid and MARTINEZ DE CORREA, Luz María. Toward a Socio-Educational Dissertation from the Perspective of Transdisciplinarity and Interdisciplinarity in Human Rights. Frónesis [online]. 2009, vol.16, n.3, pp.431-448. ISSN 1315-6268.
Basic disciplines related to the concept, nature and fundamentals of human rights are analyzed. This subject should not be considered merely from a juridical viewpoint, since its vision would become strictly limited to considering law about human rights. Documentary type methodology is used through analyzing doctrinal sources supported by the analytic method. Conclusions indicate the need for a holistic vision and treatment of human rights where historic, ethical, juridical, political and sociological dimensions stand out due to their importance.
