The objective of this paper is to design a plan for the systematization and analysis of information generated during the evaluation of social programs as an integrated process. A previous comparative analysis, between different theoretical-practical evaluative focuses, allows for the identification of evaluative criteria and their principal characteristics. As a result, a proposal was designed for the combined use of the Matrix of the Logical Framework, and an evaluative card; this card would systematize the information generated in the evaluative process according to the logic of the former. The proposal contains a series of evaluative tools to be applied in the different phases of the development of the social programs, since they apply to an endless number of the same, allowing a more rapid, useful and simple manner of understanding and evaluating them. The conclusion is the need for validation instruments in a future application and in choosing criteria for promoting a discussion of their utility in the evaluation of social programs.
