HERRERA TAPIA, Francisco. Technological Innovation in Mexican Agricultural Enterprises. A Theoretical Approximation. Gaceta Laboral [online]. 2006, vol.12, n.1, pp.93-119. ISSN 1315-8597.
The conversion of rural productive units in agricultural business enterprises through innovation and technological extension is accompanied by the still on-going discussion and discourse as to the modernization of rural structures. In these processes the idea of rural development based on technological instrumentation and the perfectibility of productive processes of rural economic units of organizations is evident. It is important to undertake a review of these innovations, their processes, their successes and limitations in relation to the impact they have on individual productive units and enterprises in the Mexican countryside.
