This research paper analyzes the participation of workers in companies, the general reality of co-management and the legal regulations in Germany, Spain and in Venezuela due to the creation of the projected of Law of Co-management. The research is descriptive and the technique of documentary observation was utilized. The conclusion is that the legal orderings in the matter of labor co-management in Germany, Spain and Venezuela differ from one to another, and in case of Venezuela the projected of Law of Co-management would complement the Statutory Labor Law.
