This study tries to analyze and evaluate the working conditions present in the salmon industry in Chile before and during the economic crisis generated by the ISA virus. To accomplish this, the following lines of action were defined: analyze empirical studies on the topic, collect information about labor practices and measures that are being adopted and identify the demands and needs of the workers. This is exploratory research, whose data collection tool is documentary review.
