Registered in the historiography, as a testimonial one of first hand to include/understand the narrow relation between the businesses of the tie foreign capital with black gold and the submissive regimes of government before the imperial will of the great powers. Throughout the voluminous text, the writer, journalist, politician and man of their time are confused to offer in addition, an expeditious defense of their own management of government during the triennium (1945-1948) that constitutes a departure point for its unpublished memories.
