The present work must like primary target make an exercise of historical reconstruction of Petare in the colonial historical time. The intention of this investigation is centered in giving a glance to the past from the study of its cotidianidad. The modality used in this investigation is historical-documentary under a interpretative fenomenológico approach. And within the conclusions information was obtained on the formation of the urban establishments in the valley of Petare, the social through document study public and deprived customs and practices (testaments, documents of transaction among others), throwing a precious material that knowledge provides about the behaviors, the customs, the norms, the material culture and the passage of the daily life of a province as well as of the particularitities of the study area.
