The researchs on the false Christians population of Aragon (Spain) have failed to explain the reason for the tremendous growth of this minority population between the years 1495 and 1611, well above growth followed by the rest of the population. In this study, seems to be demonstrated as a major reason for this increase was due to the arrival of false Christians from other parts of the Iberian Peninsula in which the pressure of the Spanish monarchy and the clergy was above Aragon kingdom covered and protected ―to some extent― by statutory legislation.
