Guzmán Blanco in the seven years presidential messages realize fashion as it would be led this revolution and what would be its doctrinal bases: the hatred of the past to justify the present and project expectations towards a future provisor that would only be possible under the direction of the new men who have taken power; infrastructure works as argumentation of the spectacular nature of the work of Government, and the subjugation of the other institutions - including the Church-to governmental designs, are the fundamental pillars of the sedicente revolution.
