President Antonio Guzmán Blanco extends and refi nes a new way of doing politics in the 19th century Venezuelan. A new style of speech based on the motto of order and progress achieved to convince citizens of their firm intentions of developing the country still not leaving debris that remained after the great wars of independence and Federal. However, it can be said that what was involved was actually a change of class names that would begin to dominate the Venezuelan political landscape. Th e Liberals made his triumphal entry into the scene and make it after a revolution.
