The present study aims to show the position of the group of invisible by calling national history, those that judging the facts of the April 19, 1810, were not taken into account in assessing the diffi culties suff ered all actors made. Vicente Emparan, Vicente Basadre, Narciso Coll y Prat, José Francisco Heredia, Jose Domingo Diaz, Cristobal M. González de Soto y Santiago Hernandez Milanés, are the sources and approach to reconstruct the events of April 1810. Anyway, this Memory Misery is an attempt to reassess its strict truth in the history of the Royalists at a certain time and thereafter evenly reconstruct the collective history of all who experienced the same diffi culty. What necessarily enriches the debate and rethinks and refocuses the issue of independence.
