In  the  early  twentieth  century  Venezuelan  Navy  is  involved  in  various conflicts that reveal their vulnerability, among them are the naval battles during the “Liberating Revolution” and the naval blockade of the Venezuelan coast (1902-1903). These wars were organized by local warlords and foreign monopolies like the French Cable Company Telegraph in coordination with the Havas Agency and the New York and Bermudez Company in full correspondence with the governments of Germany, England and Italy, who saw its interests at risk in Venezuela under President Cipriano Castro, launched an information campaign aimed to create an atmosphere of complete instability; surveys incentives and favoring disaffected groups Restorative Revolution, all in an effort to settle the administration of Cipriano Castro. This research attempts to  evaluate  naval  attacks  Venezuela  under  President  Cipriano  Castro,  and  analyze participation in conflicts Restorative Squad also intends to contribute to the reflection process of the Venezuelan population, the importance of history and its influence for decision-making in economic, political and military level, alerting the need to always be prepared for the national defense.
