The state of labor relations, especially forms of non-conventional employment in Venezuela and possible labor union actions are analyzed. The method utilized is descriptive, and principally outlines the legal normative that can be used to counter these business labor functioning modalities: temporary labor and cooperatives. In the first case a loss of labor and union identity occurs, and in the second case a reduction on the part of the contractors of labor costs and benefits, apart from the deliberate weakening of labor unions. The conclusion is that the flexible organization and lower indirect costs have visibly affected worker protection that is covered by such corporative forms, requiring a labor agenda and directive in order to confront what is a difficult reality, the concertation and relationship with such workers do not exist.
